Phillip joined CGE, Inc in 2014. Mr. Comstigan is a Principal of CGE and sits on CGE’s Private Equity Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CGE, Mr. Comstigan worked as a Partner with the law firm DiSchino & Schamy, where his practice focused on the representation of private equity in all aspects of their business. While at DiSchino & Schamy, Mr. Comstigan was the lead of its 15-person Global Executive Management Committee. During Mr. Comstigan’s ’s tenure, DiSchino & Schamy practice grew to approximately 25 lawyers.
Mr. Breach is a member of the State Bars of California, Illinois, and Florida.
