Tyrone Cole is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cole Global Enterprise, Inc. (CGE), with more than two decades of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, enterprise technology, and business transformation.

He began his career as a manufacturing and technology consultant with Oracle Corporation in Chicago, implementing enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies. After earning two promotions from junior consultant to principal consultant, Tyrone joined Computer Sciences Corporation as Enterprise Business Systems Practice Manager, managing consulting budgets, overseeing staff, and leading business development initiatives.

In 2000, Tyrone launched CGE in Silicon Valley, where his team implemented enterprise solutions for middle-market and major-market companies worldwide. He later earned an MBA in Finance and Acquisitions from Pepperdine Business School in 2008.

Today, Tyrone applies this combination of operational, technology, and acquisition experience to CGE’s work with manufacturing and industrial businesses, with a focus on AI, automation, robotics, and modern enterprise technology to improve productivity and build long-term enterprise value.

His leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement values that guide CGE’s approach to operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
